Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and digital communication.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products or services that provide value.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Process customer orders and ensure a smooth sales experience.
• Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to deliver exceptional support.
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer service goals.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
