If you're dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team, apply today.Job DutiesPick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucksMove, stack, and organize inventory throughout the warehouseStage materials for shipping and production needsInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damageMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety procedures and warehouse protocolsEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsExperience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation. Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures. Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.Preferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Forklift Operator.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
