Client Solutions Specialist - Licensed Support Solutions

Job Overview Join our Licensed Support team as a Client Solution Specialist. In this role, you will serve clients and branch teams by providing timely answers, guidance, and support to enable an ideal client experience. Schedule We serve clients from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. Schedule will consider your time zone and may vary; core hours for most associates are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm locally. Location Requirement Candidates that live within commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week. Responsibilities Provide strong customer service and support for clients’ urgent financial and account‑related needs. Accurately respond to callers with appropriate tone, organized thoughts, and confidence. Multi‑task and follow up appropriately to resolve issues, generating efficient internal processes. Deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service while fulfilling regulatory requirements. Collaborate and communicate with multiple individuals and stakeholders to serve clients in partnership. Plan, prioritize, and execute client account needs for a large volume of households across branch and home office teams. Demonstrate a change mindset by flexibly shifting between projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and work independently with minimal direction. Complete necessary and topical training and keep up to date on changes in process or information. Continuously learn through department emails, meetings, and continuing education sessions. Contribute to overall team success by acting as a resource and supporting new initiatives, projects, or process changes. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct client contact. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry or equivalent tools/systems or a combination of experience and education. Strong computer skills and ability to learn and apply technical information; familiarity with Salesforce, MoneyGuide, and Excel is a plus. Experience understanding complex branch/client needs and autonomously seeking innovative solutions.
