Sensei L?na'i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Transportation Driver who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do

Transportation Drivers provide safe, timely transportation for guests across the island, including transfers to and from Four Seasons Resort L?na'i, Sensei L?na'i, the airport, and various activities. They deliver a professional, guest-focused experience while maintaining vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Transport guests safely across the island, including airport transfers, inter-hotel travel, trips to town, and scheduled activities
• Operate vehicles responsibly in full compliance with traffic laws, company standards, and hands-free communication requirements
• Deliver a professional arrival and departure experience with punctual service, attentive luggage handling, and door-to-door assistance
• Maintain clean, well-prepared vehicles, including setting appropriate music and temperature for a comfortable ride
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding routes and timing while delivering a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience, and collaborate with administrative and cross-property teams to ensure seamless, coordinated transportation from pick-up to drop-off

What To Bring

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required. Hawaii Driver's Abstract and Public Utilities Commission's Certification is required for this role. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.
