Job Duties

  • Manually unload trailers and cargo.
  • Repackage and relabel products as needed.
  • Accurately stage and sort products for loading.
  • Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
  • Sort and place parts or products in racks and other designated storage areas.
  • Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Perform quality control inspections.
  • Identify and remove damaged products when received.
  • Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Follow all company safety requirements and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
  • Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
  • Must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • This position involves continuous manual unloading of cargo.

What You Will Do
