Responsibilities The Royal Gorge Route Railroad is looking for a highly motivated Seasonal On Board Leader (OBL) to join our award-winning team. Primary responsibilities include operations, staff management and food and beverage quality control. You will manage front/back of house operations and service teams to ensure each and every passenger receives the first‐class service we promise to deliver each and every day. You will support the Food and Beverage Director in day‑to‑day operations including but not limited to scheduling, managing and coaching onboard services team members. Qualifications We are looking for professional, authentically friendly, service‑oriented people who prioritize safety and enjoy working with guests and team members. Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience managing restaurants in a full‑service food and beverage environment.
