Day Shelter Support Specialist - Crisis & Care
Volunteers
Volunteers of America Northern California and Northern Nevada seeks full-time Support Staff for the Nevada Cares Campus in Reno. The role supports men and women experiencing homelessness, coordinates meals, housing, safety, and case management with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. Shift runs 7:00 am–3:00 pm; duties include daily maintenance, reports, and participant relations. CPR/First Aid within 90 days is required; training provided.
