Full Time Parts ManagerMidwest Transit Equipment, Inc. seeks a Full Time Parts Manager for our Milwaukee, WI location.Midwest Transit Equipment is the largest New School Bus dealer in the country. We maintain thousands of vehicles at nine locations in five states and over 300 employees committed to providing safe, comfortable and reliable transportation for our customers around the world.We are looking for an Parts Manager to supervise all warehouse, front counter, back counter, delivery drivers and administrative support personnel.Duties and Requirements:Works closely with the front counter and outside sales personnel to promote and grow sales to meet or exceed company goalsMaintain adequate parts inventory levels to meet customer demands but still comply with company turn around guidelinesReview and approve all customer creditsKeep inventory within manufacturers (International) standardsEnsure parts and cores are returned to vendors when necessaryDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendorsOccasionally visit current customers to resolve problems, increase sales, and build relationshipsMinimum Requirements:High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredParts Sales experience requiredValid CDL A preferredProficiency in MS Office – Word, ExcelDemonstrated ability to lead and develop department staff membersMust be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customerMust be self-motivatedMust be flexible and adapt to change readilyMust have superior problem solving skillsGood organizational skillsStrive for respect and facilitate teamwork within the organizationMust be able to lift/carry 50 poundsBenefits:Competitive PayMedical InsuranceDental and VisionCompany paid for Short & Long Term Disability and Life Insurance401(k) with company matchHoliday PayPTO PayCareer GrowthMidwest Transit Equipment is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
