Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Overview MD Law Group LLC is seeking an attorney to join our civil litigation team in Charleston, South Carolina. We are also open to a remote or hybrid arrangement for qualified candidates. We are a small civil litigation firm that values accessibility, responsiveness, and practical, trial-focused advocacy. Our attorneys work closely with clients to evaluate risk, develop strategy, and prepare every matter with trial in mind. This position provides the opportunity to handle matters independently, work within a collaborative team, and grow a practice in a small firm environment. Candidates should be clear and effective communicators, proficient in legal research and writing, and experienced in managing litigation files.
