Salary Range

$62,100 - $69,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include directing and coordinating day-to-day activities for employee equipment rooms and supplies, managing and disciplining based on standard procedures for employees overseeing on daily shift, providing leadership and motivation to their team, establishing and maintaining high standards of safety, security and customer service in accordance with Company policies and procedures, analyzing records and reports and meeting performance targets, conferring with lead agents and other staff on needed items, evaluating current procedures for accomplishing department objectives, ensuring overall departmental compliance, maintaining the departmental budget, participating on operational conference calls, station audits and preparing various reports, strong organizational and decision-making skills, ability to think strategically and adapt to the changing needs of the business, ability to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives, ability to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.

Qualifications

Requirements include minimum age of 18, high school diploma or GED equivalent, college coursework or college degree preferred, valid state driver's license, previous work experience in an airline or airport capacity, proven leadership and analytical skills, previous working experience in a team lead, supervisory or managerial role, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, possess the legal right to work in the United States, ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language, proven work experience building constructive and effective relationships with internal and external customers preferred, willingness and ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and days off as needed, flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary.
