Mailroom Clerk - Now Hiring

Are you highly organized with a flair for administrative logistics? Become a mailroom clerk and enjoy a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in corporate, legal, or large office environments, allowing you to manage essential communication flow when it fits your life.

Your responsibilities:

- sortation: accurately receive, open, sort, and distribute incoming external and internal mail, parcels, and interoffice correspondence to correct departments or individuals.
- outbound processing: prepare outgoing mail and packages, applying correct postage, tracking information, and coordinating pickups with various courier services (e.g., fedex, ups, usps).
- internal delivery: perform scheduled mail runs and delivery services throughout the facility, ensuring timely receipt of critical documents.
- tracking: log and track incoming registered mail, certified packages, and high-value internal deliveries using internal or digital tracking systems.
- clerk duties: maintain the cleanliness and organization of the mailroom, including stocking supplies and preparing bulk mailings.

work hours: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
