Step into the heartbeat of a metals shop

Picture your morning in Two Rivers, WI: you’re reviewing the day’s orders, printing labels, and staging pallets. A truck backs into the bay—materials arrive. You verify quantities and part numbers against purchase orders, note any damage, and record every transaction in the ERP/MRP system. By midday, you’re packaging finished goods to exact customer specs, operating a forklift safely, and keeping inventory records organized so production never misses a beat. By afternoon, you’ve supported an audit pull, updated logs, and ensured the next shipment is ready to go.

This on-site role is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity, expected to last 27–52 weeks, with the potential to convert based on performance and business needs.

• Ship finished goods precisely to company and customer requirements—labels, packaging, documentation, and timing.
• Receive inbound materials, confirm quantities and part numbers, inspect for damage, and drive resolution on discrepancies.
• Record and reconcile all shipping/receiving transactions and logs with accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling equipment safely.
• Keep inventory organized—track movements, maintain clean records, and assist with cycle counts and audits.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in shipping/receiving and inventory control; metals manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven skill maintaining inventory accuracy and cross-referencing POs to ensure materials are available.
• Familiarity with shipping software; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Comfort operating forklifts and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
