IT Support Intern

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately six months Experience Level: Entry level Location: Lebanon, NH – ON-SITE REQUIRED Schedule: M-F, 9AM-3:30PM roughly 15-30 hours a week Position Summary Recent High School Grads Highly Encouraged No Experience Necessary! We're looking for a dependable, tech-curious person to help out with daily IT support. No experience or certifications required—just a curiosity, a problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll need to investigate issues, find solutions, and feel comfortable asking for help when needed. We'll provide training and cover certifications to help you grow. We do not expect an entry-level candidate to know everything. We do expect initiative. Strong candidates will be comfortable saying, “I don’t know yet, but I know how to start finding out!” Primary Responsibilities Provide hardware, software, and device support Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Office programs, and office equipment Assist with account, password, and access issues Set up and configure computers and peripherals Install software, updates, and hardware Record problems and solutions Escalate complex issues with details Manage inventory and supplies Follow security protocols Other IT tasks as requested Required Knowledge Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Familiar with file management, browsers, downloads, and device setup. Troubleshoot issues logically and independently research solutions. Discern credible info from unreliable sources. Clear communicator; patient with users. Dependable, professional, respects confidentiality. Document work clearly; follow procedures. Open to feedback, learning, and asking for help.
