Build the Brand Behind the Build – Lead Digital Marketing for JP Tank

JOB OVERVIEW

• Company: JP Tank

• Salary/Pay Rate: $55,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience

• Location: Rosendale, WI (Hybrid – Office & Field with Limited U.S. Travel)

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional early morning jobsite shoots

• Project Scope: Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts as the company’s primary marketing professional, focusing on hands-on execution of video, digital content, and campaigns

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Produce compelling, high-quality video content that highlights the scale and precision of our industrial concrete projects.

• Capture dynamic, professional footage directly from active construction sites, ensuring safety and quality.

• Optimize and maintain our website, ensuring it accurately represents our services and engages our target audience.

• Grow our brand reach and engagement by managing consistent, impactful content across social media platforms.

• Drive effective lead generation and brand visibility through strategic management of paid advertising campaigns.

• Maintain a consistent and powerful brand identity across all digital channels, aligning with our company values.

• Support business development initiatives with dynamic visuals and targeted email marketing campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva.

• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding and practical application of SEO fundamentals.

• Competency in utilizing AI tools for content creation, editing, workflow optimization, and marketing analysis.

• Ability to travel to active construction job sites across the U.S.

• Comfortable working around heavy equipment with strong safety awareness.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-directed with high accountability for results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in construction, industrial, or blue-collar industries.
