• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)

• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant state and federal regulations

• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Flexibility and adaptability to serve a diverse K-12 population

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations for students referred for speech and language concerns
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert input in collaborative planning
• Maintaining accurate records on student progress and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines
• Offering direct and consultative services to students across grade levels
• Engaging in school-wide initiatives to support literacy and language development
