Traveling Crane Operator

Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various construction activities Perform pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts according to project specifications Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures at all times Collaborate with site supervisors and rigging teams to execute lifts accurately Identify and resolve issues arising during construction projects Perform other duties as assigned Travel out of state for 12+ months Requirements Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed NCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSS Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning Strong communication skills with a variety of audiences Strong analytical skills to analyze project data and identify trends and improvement opportunities Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive crane operating experience with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.
