Medical Assistant Wellness aesthetics

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant with a strong interest in aesthetics and wellness. The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to providing top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist providers with aesthetic procedures, including injectables and laser treatments

Perform intramuscular (IM) injections with confidence and precision (required)

Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

Provide exceptional patient care before, during, and after procedures

Educate patients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Support front office tasks as needed

Daily phone calls

Qualifications

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience

Proven experience administering IM injections (mandatory)

Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to work evenings and weekends is required
