Fricker’s USA, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations in our lively, family-friendly sports bar and restaurant. The Kitchen Manager oversees food preparation, line execution, ticket times, and food safety while ensuring consistent quality for our signature wings and casual American menu. Responsibilities include ordering and inventory control, scheduling and training kitchen staff, enforcing health and sanitation standards, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, models teamwork and communication with front-of-house leaders, controls food and labor costs, and helps create an energetic, guest-focused atmosphere.
