Student Advisor

Guiding students from enrollment to program completion, the full-time Student Advisor will manage outreach through various communication methods to ensure successful programmatic and placement outcomes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Completes outreach via phone, email, and text message to support student engagement and retention Collaborates with Enrollment Advisors to onboard new students and documents all communications in relevant systems Conducts outreach around key progress markers for students, including registration and at-risk indicators Required qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 1-2 years of related experience in student advising, customer service, or higher education preferred Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adult learners Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
