As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support a controlled environment. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, and integrity.Position Type: Part TimePay Rate: $17.94 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFriday 07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSaturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical refinery location.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of refinery grounds, access points, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or potential hazards to appropriate site contacts.Monitor access control points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed by site protocols.Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a professional environment.Minimum Requirements:At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
