Emergency Room TechnicianAs the Emergency Room Technician (ERT) in Amery Hospital & Clinic's Emergency Department, you will perform routine treatments, assist in the collection of patient specimens (urine, stool, and finger stick blood glucose) and provide clerical support to staff such as ordering supplies. In this role, you must be able to prioritize the urgency of patient needs, initiate the appropriate interventions of care and accurately report patient data to RN in a timely manner.Work Schedule:12-hour shifts (0700-1900 and 1900-0700)Shifts will vary depending on department needRequired Qualifications:High school diplomaBLS certificationPreferred Qualifications:Completion of National EMS programCurrent EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, LPN or CNA license in the state of WisconsinThree years experience as a CNA, LPN or EMT preferred.Experience in EPIC computer system.Benefits:Amery Hospital & Clinic offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance and tuition reimbursement.
