Job Description
We have a Contract-W2 opportunity for you as Senior Cloud Engineer @ San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days a week).
Core Competencies
- Core AWS Cloud Engineer with DevOps and Agile skills, ability to operate platforms at scale, automation focus.
- AWS IAM identity-based and resource-based policies.
- AWS Networking (route tables, transit gateways, security group rules, VPC, subnets, R53, etc.).
- AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail troubleshooting.
- AWS Glue.
- AWS Redshift.
- RDS MSSQL.
- Splunk.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments (ArgoCD, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
- Terraform.
- Centralized secrets store (AWS Secrets Manager).
- EKS and k8s cluster management.
- SSO via Okta and role-based access control.
Experience
Experience with Agile project management (scrum and kanban) concepts: sprints, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story points, ticket lifecycle and management.
