About Role**Staff Accountant**We are looking for a highly motivated staff accountant to join our US Finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by performing day-to-day accounting tasks, assisting with financial reporting, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This position will require you to have a broad understanding of basic accounting principles, great attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills.**Primary Responsibilities*** Record and reconcile daily cash transactions across multiple bank accounts* Process and record employee T&E expenses, ensuring proper coding and ledger reconciliation* Monitor, process, and accurately post AP card expenses to appropriate GL accounts* Record various journal entries and assist in maintaining the general ledger* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities* Prepare financial reports and schedules as needed* Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests* Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies* Maintain organized financial records and documentation* Assist in other accounting projects which includes cross collaboration with other teams in the Finance Department and help evolving our processes* Manage workload efficiently by organizing, prioritizing, and executing tasks in a timely and high-quality manner* Represent the Finance team with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting required* 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience* CPA preferred or desire to obtain CPA license* Understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting principles and practices* Strong Microsoft Excel skills* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team* A strong sense of urgency, with the ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment* Solid analytical acumen* Legally authorized to work in the US #J-18808-Ljbffr
