The Delivery Driver will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to our customers in a safe and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers' homes or businesses in a timely and safe manner. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. Follow traffic laws and company safety standards while driving. Assist in the preparation of orders, including but not limited to making pizzas, cutting, and packaging items as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding order status and delivery timelines. Promote special deals and offers to customers when appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by state/local laws). Prior experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred, but not required. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of local area and streets is a plus. Must be able to lift and carry pizzas and other items, up to [insert weight limit] lbs.
