As we risk growing a gap between our online and offline world, there is a critical need for Audi to create a premium customer journey, ensuring the seamless integration of the digital and analog worlds, delivering a high level of emotional engagement. The Product Owner will be responsible for digital customer facing commerce experiences for Audi across US and CA. Our website will become the doorway into the world of Audi, a key milestone in the customer’s journey and a polished, personalized interface to connect to the brand. Providing seamless experiences across the breadth of Audi products that support and enable dealers to sell more products is key. Responsible for leading the agency design and development teams to deliver outcomes for customers that work for the business. Understanding the market, our customers, and the business is critical to deliver commerce solutions that delight Audi fans and owners.
