Coverage Areas: 50 mile radius from Baton Rouge Office


Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Monday though Friday 8am - 4:30pm


Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)?Y


What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible): Day to day patient care, IDG note and IDG meeting. Order Medications, Supplies and DME.
