Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater - RN Chronic In-center

Role Overview: A Dialysis Registered Nurse Floater provides high-quality dialysis care in clinics within the greater Valdosta, GA area. Working under a Charge Nurse, you will assist and supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to ensure safe, comfortable treatment for patients with kidney disease. Responsibilities Include Performing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments Monitoring patients during dialysis sessions Administering medications per physician orders and reviewing patient medication profiles monthly Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team for patient assessment and care planning Ensuring staffing levels meet requirements and adhere to regulations Following all policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to safety and quality Participating in staff meetings and continuing education Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license in the applicable state Ability to distinguish all primary colors Preferred: one or more years of current nursing and dialysis experience Join us if you are passionate about making a difference in kidney care and seeking a rewarding healthcare career. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
