Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent NICU experience
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong assessment skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic care setting
• Proficient in neonatal resuscitation, IV management, and neonatal medication administration
• Effective communication and compassionate family support abilities

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and document neonatal patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Deliver age-appropriate, evidence-based care to premature and ill newborns
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary professionals
• Facilitate parental involvement and provide family education about procedures, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate medical records, adhering to policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in rounds, hand-off reports, and unit meetings to ensure continuity of care

$2,149 - $2,274/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
