We’re seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician who takes pride in precise builds and clean run-offs.

• Location: Southfield, MI
• Compensation: $30 - 35/hr
• Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday (1st shift)

• Assemble complex mechanical systems and custom machinery using a full range of hand and power tools.
• Complete basic panel wiring to integrate motors, sensors, and related components.
• Translate blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions into accurate, on-spec builds.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems during assembly, resolving fit, alignment, and function issues.
• Inspect finished assemblies to verify quality and adherence to specifications before handoff.
• Interact with customers to share build status updates and confirm technical requirements.
• Pitch in with routine maintenance and general shop support as needed.

• Must be a U.S. Person.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or automotive environments, or a comparable blend of education and hands-on experience.
• Proven background in mechanical and machine assembly from subassemblies through final integration.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Keen attention to detail and practical knowledge of basic quality inspection methods.
• Clear communication plus solid math and computer skills.
