Registered Nurse NICU

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide exceptional care for neonatal patients. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality pediatric neonatal care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonatal patients using Philips monitors and Meditech & Centricity Perinatal documentation systems.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following hospital protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on neonatal care, progress, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to unit-specific policies, guidelines, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold active RN license with at least 2 years of NICU experience.
• Possess current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications.
• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in neonatal procedures and patient care.
• Capable of working rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
