Morgan Parker State Farm Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Account Representative to join our growing team in Longmont, Colorado.

This is not simply a customer service position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, takes initiative, and wants to make a meaningful impact on our agency's growth.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and sales opportunities.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting.
• Present personalized insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Health products.
• Confidently ask for the sale and consistently follow through to close business.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional coverage to existing customers.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up consistently, and take ownership of your results.
• Work toward individual and team production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred Insurance experience is a plus, but we're equally interested in candidates with proven sales success in other industries.

What We Offer:

• $60,000-$80,000 realistic annual earning potential, based on individual sales performance.
• $42,500 guaranteed annual base salary plus uncapped sales commissions.

Licensing Requirements

Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses are required before beginning employment.

Candidates who are not currently licensed are welcome to apply if they are willing and able to obtain the necessary licenses before their start date.

The agency reimburses eligible licensing study materials and examination fees in accordance with agency policy.
