We're not looking for someone to babysit a bar.

We're looking for someone who wants to own it.

Cammarano's is searching for a Lead Bartender with the personality to command a room, the speed to handle a packed rail, and the professionalism to set the standard for everyone around them.

You should be the person who:

• Moves with urgency and purpose
• Shows up early, prepared, and ready to lead
• Thrives under pressure and keeps your cool when everyone else is losing theirs
• Can build regulars, drive sales, and create memorable guest experiences
• Takes pride in running a clean, organized, efficient bar
• Wants responsibility instead of avoiding it

This isn't a clock-in, clock-out position.

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the bar program, help shape menus, train staff, maintain standards, and have a real voice in how things operate.

If you're the type of bartender who notices problems before anyone else, fixes them without being asked, and takes pride in building something great, we want to talk.

• Strong bartending experience
• Leadership mentality
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Nights, weekends, and holidays availability
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
