As an Automotive Technician at Clay Subaru, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Subaru vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll work alongside a team of experienced professionals who value collaboration, integrity, and superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to explain necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with dealership standards.
• Stay updated on Subaru vehicle technology and manufacturer guidelines through ongoing training.
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering timely and high-quality repairs.

Qualifications:

• ASE Certification (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic (Subaru experience is a plus).

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
