Job Title Packer - 2nd Shift Location Lamar, MO Employment Type Full-time Shift Monday–Friday, 4:00pm–2:30am Summary of the Role The Production Laborer will work in a fast-paced production environment stacking and handling bags weighing up to 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, stamina, and the ability to maintain a steady pace throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Stack bags weighing up to 50 lbs onto pallets. Arrange and organize products securely and efficiently on pallets. Keep pace with production requirements in a fast-moving environment. Handle products carefully to prevent damage. Inspect bags and materials for obvious quality concerns. Move and organize materials throughout the production area as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow all company safety procedures and proper lifting practices. Assist with additional production and general labor duties as needed. Required Skills Ability to repeatedly lift and stack up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and safety. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a production team. Previous production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
