You will be empowered to deepen your technical expertise, explore advanced design tools and simulations, and build meaningful relationships with both internal teams and customers.Your BackgroundBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5–8 years of experience in electrical design within the Transformer industry.Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently when needed.Experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D design tools such as Creo preferred.Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and engineering documentation.Daily LifeDesign, analyze, and evaluate complex electrical systems and transformer components.Develop detailed manufacturing drawings, customer documentation, and bills of materials.Create advanced models and simulations to solve engineering challenges.Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with market and sales strategies.Lead or support technical investigations and implement effective engineering solutions.Engage with customers to resolve technical issues and strengthen relationships.Prepare specifications, proposals, and technical reports while supporting approvals.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryHealth InsurancePermissive PTO401k with company matchVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceAnd many more!Johnson Service Group (JSG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
