Training and Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Training and Support Specialist will develop and deliver both in-person and online training content to support organizational initiatives and various business units. This role involves instructional design, content creation, and facilitation of live virtual meetings and events to enhance employee learning and performance.

Responsibilities:

Create and develop training materials including tips, job aids, and templates.
Design instructional content that aligns with organizational goals.
Facilitate and support live virtual meetings and training events.
Conduct research to ensure training content is accurate and effective.
Collaborate with teams to understand training needs and deliver solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of training resources and meet project deadlines.
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness during work hours.

Required Skills & Certifications:

Strong instructional design expertise.
Excellent content development and technical writing skills.
Proficient in creating training resources such as job aids and templates.
Effective presentation and communication skills.
Ability to facilitate virtual meetings and training sessions.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
Background in adult learning theories and methodologies.
Familiarity with multimedia content creation.

Special Considerations:

Must be available and responsive during regular business hours.
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines are essential.
Professional demeanor required for virtual and in-person interactions.

Scheduling:

Regular shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Position based in Raleigh, NC with a 12+ month duration and possibility of extension.
