Tidal Wave is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment, and our Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team! What Your Day Will Look Like: Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service. Assist in opening and closing the facility. Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club. Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel. Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor. Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment. Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc. What You Will Need: Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable! Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time. Willingness to work in all weather conditions. Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines. At least 18 years of age. Benefits Program: PTO is based on the company’s PTO policy.
