Quality Assurance Architect

Kansas City, Topeka, Lawrence, Dallas, Atlanta, or Denver Position summary We are seeking a Quality Assurance Architect to champion technical excellence, consistency, and design integrity across all projects. This role serves as a firmwide technical leader, guiding QA processes to ensure architectural documentation meets the highest standards for quality, accuracy, constructability, and code compliance across all phases of design. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, thrives in collaborative environments, and is passionate about mentoring teams while advancing firmwide standards and processes. This role is critical to safeguarding the integrity, safety, and performance of our work, reducing risk, strengthening project delivery, and enhancing client satisfaction across the organization. Treanor offers a hybrid work model, with employees working in the office 3 days a week and allowing the flexibility to work somewhere other than the office 2 days a week. Treanor will not sponsor work visas for this position. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The anticipated salary range for candidates meeting the stated requirements is $110,000 – 130,000 and will vary by the states we operate in.
