Coach and support our sales team to reach their personal and professional growth goals. Monitor key sales metrics and adjust tactical approaches to ensure we consistently meet our targets. Build and strengthen relationships with local business owners and community partners. Lead weekly team meetings to share best practices, celebrate successes, and solve complex client scenarios. Ensure that all agency activities adhere to company standards and state-level compliance regulations. Requirements Active Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Five or more years of experience managing insurance agency operations or sales teams. Deep understanding of the Maryland insurance landscape and local regulatory requirements. Strong leadership background with a track record of mentoring sales producers. Excellent analytical skills for reviewing production reports and identifying growth trends.
