Join Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to support a professional and welcoming environment.
• Communicate with site contacts, local authorities, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed regarding incidents, policy concerns, and other security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
