Location: Saint Simmons Island, Georgia Position: Security Officer (All Shifts) Employment Type: Full Time Pay: $21.85 per hour Workdays Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Must Be 21+ Years of Age for Role A Valid Driver's License Security Experience 2+ years Supervisory Experience Must Have Great Customer Service Skills Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet Resume preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements Be at least 21 years of age for the role. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
