PUNCH LIST CARPENTER $27–$30/hr | MULTI-FAMILY & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

If you're a carpenter who takes pride in the details, we've got work. We're hiring a Punch List Carpenter to handle finish work, repairs, and final touch-ups on multi-family and commercial construction projects.

• Complete punch list items before project turnover
• Install and repair trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry
• Perform finish carpentry and blocking work
• Identify and fix construction deficiencies
• Read blueprints and follow project plans
• Work with other trades to keep projects moving
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Experience with trim, doors, hardware, and cabinetry
• Ability to read blueprints
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly

• Multi-family construction experience
• Apartment complex or tenant improvement (TI) work
• Strong eye for detail and quality craftsmanship

• $27–$30/hr depending on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
