Position Details Registered Nurse – Cardiac Care (Full-time, Days shift) Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Responsibilities Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs. Create, implement, and evaluate care plans, adjusting them to reach desired outcomes. Build therapeutic relationships and manage patient discomfort while maintaining professionalism. Educate patients, families, and community members, assessing and documenting learning needs. Collaborate with colleagues and community to develop care plans, delegate tasks, and follow up promptly. Apply problem‑solving strategies with patients, families, and staff, prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency. Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, and commit to growth, supporting peers and community service. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current and valid nursing license. Strong knowledge of nursing laws, hospital procedures, and admission standards. Proficiency in medical terminology, disease prevention, management, and medication side‑effects. Respect for nursing ethics and patient privacy rights. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written contexts. Positive social skills for interacting with diverse parties. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, electronic medical record documentation, and scheduling systems.
