Youll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage acute and chronic medical conditions, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.Opportunity Highlights:• The nocturnist primary role is overnight admissions.• The Nocturnists work shifts at both Butterworth and Blodgett Hospitals.• The Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) cover the floor calls.• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality, and efficiency.• Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and case reviews.• Mentor medical residents and students, fostering a culture of continuous learning.• Excellent schedule of 155 shifts per year.Qualifications• License - Michigan MD/DO• BE/BC Internal Medicine Residency or Family Medicine Residency (with demonstrated strong inpatient experience)• Certification - Basic Life Support (BLS)• Certification - Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)Corewell Heath Butterworth HospitalRight in the heart of Grand Rapids, youll find a nationally recognized hospital for patient quality and safety and the regional leader in full-service hospitals.
