Job Description Job Description Located in Bloomington, IL Salary: $18/HR General Maintenance Technician / Property Support - Full-Time Bloomington, IL $18/hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM On-call availability may be required A nonprofit organization in Bloomington is seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Technician to assist with property upkeep, maintenance, and basic repair work across multiple sites. This role involves a variety of hands-on responsibilities including general maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, gutter cleaning, installing smoke alarms, moving furniture, and driving between locations as needed.
