7+ years' experience as Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Commercial Banking
Well versed in Requirements gathering and documentation
Experienced in Agile software development lifecycle
Working experience in creating use cases, user stories and data mapping
Good communication and Analytical skills
Onsite client / business facing experience preferred
PM skills, CSM certifications a plus
