Project Manager - Architecture and Engineering - NYP Queens/Brooklyn

As part of the Project Management team at NewYork‑Presbyterian, you will oversee architecture and engineering projects across the Queens and Brooklyn campuses. Responsibilities Develop project scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with facilities senior management, user groups, design consultants and construction managers (including outside agencies, Bio‑Med, Safety, Infection Control, IS, CAPM, OCE, OFO, etc.). Obtain required sign‑offs and present facility/space issues and proposals to end users and senior management. Lead multidisciplinary groups to achieve consensus on capital issues and drive projects to resolution. Full‑time role primarily located at NewYork‑Presbyterian/Queens and Brooklyn. Required Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Design and Construction. Minimum 6+ years of directly related experience in healthcare design, construction, and engineering. Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Project Management Information Systems. Preferred Criteria Experience in more than one area (healthcare design, construction, engineering). Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design and Construction. Experience with Primavera Unifier. Benefits Competitive base pay ranging from $149,500–$206,500 annually, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Salary Range: $149,500-$206,500/Annual All roles require on‑site presence; employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
