This role is ideal for someone organized, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Prepare and submit customer quotations Generate and process customer orders Coordinate shipping and receiving activities Create and submit purchase orders Maintain accurate records and archives Assist with audits (e.g., class society documentation) Provide competitive pricing support Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years administrative/customer service experience Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Detail-oriented and organized Desired: Experience in maritime, warehouse or industrial environment Experience with order processing or ERP systems Familiarity with shipping/receiving workflows Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities, be a self‑starter and consistently communicate in a team environment Meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr VANE BROTHERS
