Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

We are offering multiple start dates to align with our expanding project schedule for 2026-2027. Murray Company is looking for a commercial construction Superintendent to operate across the Midwest and lead the development of rural hospitals and healthcare centers built for the future. Specializing in the healthcare industry, we manage new constructions, additions, and renovations from concept to completion and ready to meet everyone's needs. Our construction superintendents are responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. They provide overall technical and administrative directions on projects and uphold company and project policies, ensure jobsite safety, maintain customer interface and ensure our projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. On average, they manage two to five multi-million-dollar construction projects per year. The Superintendent may have supervisory responsibility for trades personnel working directly for Murray Co. if assigned to their project.
