Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex for a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will manage and develop programs, oversee project planning and execution, and maintain clear communication with team members. Key responsibilities include ensuring program objectives are met, providing excellent customer service, managing timelines and resources for project success, and supporting the implementation of community‑focused initiatives. Preferred Skills Strong professional communication and ability to engage effectively with staff, sponsors, and partners Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities Collaborative team player with a proactive, self‑starter mindset Thrives under pressure with minimal supervision and adapts quickly to change Experience working with community programs, nonprofits, or educational initiatives. Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement abilities.
